SACY - Capacity Cafe Workshop November 7, 2019

Come to the school library on Thursday, November 7th at 6pm to learn about youth stress and how adults can help. We will have a light dinner and listen directly to teens talk about pressures young people face and how they cope. This workshop is for PARENTS so please leave your teens at home. There is limited seating. Please register by emailing sumeet.ghuman@vch.ca .
